Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer data review and account opening.
  • Verify documents submitted by client within specific regions.
  • Handle customer requests and solve issue by email / live chat.
  • Collected and reported departmental data.
  • Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters.
  • Process withdrawal.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks being assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in basic office skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Cheerful personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work on permanent night shift 10pm-7am for 5 days a week.
