The company is a professional firm that provides accounting, secretarial, auditing, and tax services to their clients.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing directors' resolutions, members' resolutions, and other corporate documents
- Dealings with SSM and other regulatory bodies.
- In charge of handling clients' secretarial records.
- Supporting the planning and execution of General Meetings for clients.
- Preparing Annual Returns, SSM forms, bank documents, letters in relation to corporate exercises.
- Providing advisory services to clients on matters relating to the Companies Act, 2016.
- Promptly respond to client's inquiries and emails.
- Handling ad-hoc assignments when necessary and undertaking general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements :
Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or in other relevant disciplines are encouraged to applyCandidates with minimum 1 years’ experience preferred, fresh grads will also be consideredProficient in Companies Act in MalaysiaAbility to read Mandarin will be an added advantageRequired skills : Microsoft Words and ExcelLanguages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)Willing to work in Bandar Botanic, KlangWorking Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
