Job descriptionFresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of working experience in marketing or social media is an advantage Mandatory : Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) Familiar with managing social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Strong interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing trends Basic knowledge of design or video tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop and more Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail Able to multitask and manage deadlines with minimal supervision Experience with paid social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boost, etc.) Basic understanding of SEO and online content ranking Photography / videography skills for content creation Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, or other scheduling tools Ability to write and design bilingual content for marketing use Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Design simple marketing materials such as brochures, banners, social media visuals using tools like Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches Support branding efforts through consistent messaging and visual presentation Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, management) to gather content and campaign ideas Monitor social media engagement and performance; prepare basic reports and suggestions for improvement Assist with offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and customer engagement when required Keep up with digital trends and propose creative ideas to grow brand visibility Help manage and maintain marketing materials, databases, and photo / video content library Competitive salary with EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions Annual and medical leave in accordance with Malaysian regulations Medical claim or panel clinic support Career growth and learning opportunities Friendly and supportive team environment Exposure to real marketing campaigns and solar industry insights Staff perks, team activities & company events
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
(Diploma holders with strong portfolio and relevant experience will be considered)
