• Define BI architecture, governance standards, and visualization frameworks
• Drive model design, RLS / OLS setup, and dataset governance
• Manage, lead, and mentor Power BI and Power Apps developers
• Partner with stakeholders to align KPIs and metrics
• Oversee report performance tuning, deployment pipelines, and documentation
