Job descriptionComprehensive knowledge of BOM structure and change control processes. Responsible for all product development including Engineering Change Notices review and approval. Work closely with key customers to manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from product design and development stage through tooling, supply chain establishment, prototyping, pilot runs, test and ramp up to mass production. Leadership across function team in planning, execution and reviews to meet project target, time, quality and cost. Lead and guide the NPI Team in operating with a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellent in all endeavors. Be creative, proactive and focus on continues improvement.
Job Requirement :
- Master's degree or Degree in Electronics or Electro-Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the related field is required.
- A team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, organization, planning and analytical skills.
- Highly committed, able to work independently and good leadership qualities, good knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 13485 : 2016, ISO 14001 : 2015 and internal audit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of staffs.
