Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain new and existing business opportunities to maintain strong market position.
• Establish and maintain communication with existing and potential customers, include recommending new products or services and assisting in overcoming the technical issues customers face.
• Work with accounts on challenging credits to manage risks while maintaining continuity of customer relationships, including conducting visits to resolve and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback and activity plans and other reports as required.
• To manage and practice all relevant ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System SOPs and customer-specific requirements.
