Job descriptionReceive incoming goods, verify quantities, and inspect product quality Record and update Goods Received Notes and inventory systems. Ensure proper documentation for materials issued and returned. Support order packing, and preparation for delivery when needed. Maintain inventory documents. Assist in documenting stock variance after audits. Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately entered into the system. Support continuous improvements in inventory processes.
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.
- Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies.
