Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative work for Airbnb / short-stay properties.
  • Update booking calendars, maintain accurate unit availability, and ensure details are always up to date.
  • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors when needed.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as bill tracking, payment records, and simple data entry.
  • Organise receipts, documents, and monthly reports.
  • Support check-in / check-out arrangements (admin side, not onsite).
  • Communicate with team members for unit-related updates.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
