Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Livestream Host based in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia, with flexibility to work-from-home or Office. The Livestream Host will be responsible for hosting live product demonstrations, engaging with audiences, and driving online sales through dynamic communication. Additional responsibilities include preparing and setting up for livestream events, answering customer inquiries during live sessions, and ensuring alignment with brand standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to convey product benefits effectively and address customer inquiries in real-time.
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to understand product features and contribute to meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with Mom, Baby & Kids products and industry or related fields is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Proficient in using online streaming platforms such as Shopee and / or TikTok and basic technical setup for livestreaming events.
• Creative, energetic, and capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in Live Hosting on Ecommerce platforms such as Shopee and / or TikTok is required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Able to speak clearly, eloquently, and confidently.
