Associate, Accounts and Outsourcing

ACCA Careers is looking for an Associate in Accounts and Outsourcing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to quickly build upon your accounting, tax and financial management experience. You will form part of a team providing accounting and advisory support to international businesses from a diverse range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic account closing operations
• Maintain employee & HR records and documentation
• Prepare management accounts, statutory accounts, GST returns, monthly payroll and other expense disbursements, and year‑end remuneration returns (Form IR8A)
• Prepare full set of accounts – monthly, quarterly, yearly closing and ageing on accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, notes to accounts and related accounting schedules
• Ensure that reporting and payment deliverables are submitted to clients or Business Unit stakeholders within agreed timelines
• Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures
• Understand, monitor, and take proper action regarding KPIs
• Perform other duties as assigned
