Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in private secretarial or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences in secretarial related work.
  • Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Proficiency in Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.
  • Handles appointments, meeting schedules / venues, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Takes, distributes and follow-up on minutes of meetings.
  • Ensure all documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations are in order prior to all meetings.
  • Coordinate with all departments in any matters with regards to the GM and follow-up on all matters requiring action and trigger follow-up action of all departments & branches for GM.
  • Any other duties as and when required by superior.
