Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in private secretarial or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in secretarial related work.
- Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proficiency in Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.Handles appointments, meeting schedules / venues, travel arrangements, etc.Takes, distributes and follow-up on minutes of meetings.Ensure all documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations are in order prior to all meetings.Coordinate with all departments in any matters with regards to the GM and follow-up on all matters requiring action and trigger follow-up action of all departments & branches for GM.Any other duties as and when required by superior.Benefits
