Role Summary

Planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to drive campaign performance, achieve business goals, and ensure ROI.

Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Planning & Strategy :

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaign strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, media, SEO, paid ads) to build cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Analyze audience segments and market trends to create data-driven campaign approaches.
  • Campaign Execution & Management :
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, including ideation, content creation, channel selection, and deployment.

  • Develop campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Optimize campaigns across digital, paid, social, email, and offline channels.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting :
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), such as CTR, conversion rates, etc.

  • Analyze campaign data to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
  • Collaboration :
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and assets for campaigns.

  • Partner with media buying and digital teams to plan budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Align strategies with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure business priorities are met.
  • Requirements :

  • Experience in marketing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid media).
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel strategies and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and email automation tools.
