You are the entrepreneur responsible for scaling our physical presence across the country. This role is the engine of our market growth, ensuring we reach more users through profitable, strategic store locations.

Key Responsibilities (The Big Picture)

Market Ownership : Master the Malaysian retail landscape, performing deep market and competitor analysis.

Strategic Scouting : Identify and secure prime, economically feasible locations for new stores.

End-to-End Deal Making : Lead lease negotiations, present our retail concept to landlords, and manage the full project lifecycle from scouting to store opening.

Portfolio Optimization : Evaluate the existing store portfolio for strategic renewals, terminations, and rent optimization.
