Summary

This position is for a product quality engineer. As product quality engineer one will manage and monitor the product quality from end to end product life cycle.

Candidate must have strong knowledge in quality management, technology background on switch, storage and server product testing.

Candidate must have strong knowledge in quality management from different functions of design, supplier management, manufacturing and customer issue resolution capability.

Candidate must be very familiar with product development cycle, lifecycle phase management process.

Responsibilities

• Supports generation of HPS quality plan and apply the product quality plan across the function teams along the entire life cycle
• Supports product E2E LPR review with collect and review the product quality data on timely manner
• Supports generation of performance metrics for HPS products and processes
• Engage with DSQ, CQE, SQE and global quality team to manage quality cases
• Resolves customer issues of low difficulty using quality tools : Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions that are effective and timely
