Job description

Main Task and Responsibilities :

  • Work with IT Operations Manager to ensure they provide the best possible customer service.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of security requests for the business within the established SLAs and KPIs
  • Provision and de-provision user access rights on various information systems. Assist with multi-factor authentication and VPN supported technologies.
  • Manage requests related to all aspects of provisioning responsibilities. Troubleshoot account creation, suspension / deletion, access, transfer issues.
  • Provide support functions related to verification of end-user security. Execute audits and adhere to all IT and InfoSec policies and procedures. Included but not limited to system / user account review and remediation, end-point security update and coordination, CMDB update and maintenance.
  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating a How-To knowledge base of provisioning processes.
  • Participate in projects and tasks related to provisioning / deprovisioning as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
  • Proactive management on compliance related activities, tasks and checklists.

Minimum requirements & Personal attributes :

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • One (1) or more years of IT Service Desk / IT Customer Support experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and progressive, relevant and direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational / experience requirements indicated above.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods and related regulatory obligations
  • Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Adherence to punctuality with excellent time management skills
  • ITIL 3 or ITIL 4 certification preferred.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required

  • KPI : SLA achieve & high customer satisfaction.
  • Adheres to the Audit and Compliance regulations and processes and successfully passes the reviews.
  • End user Satisfaction
  • Accuracy on delivery with minimal post issues and escalations raised.
