RF Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RF Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the field as RF Engineer. The RF Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of RF systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability

Key Responsible

Design and optimize RF systems

Conduct site surveys, RF propagation studies, and coverage analysis to determine optimal network configurations.

Develop and implement RF testing procedures to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to integrate RF components into overall system design.

Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues, including interference and signal degradation.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of our RF solutions.

Perform spectrum analysis and frequency planning to ensure efficient use of available resources.

Provide technical support to field teams during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RF engineering.

Proficient in RF simulation and design tools

Strong understanding of antenna theory, RF propagation, and wireless communication protocols.

Experience with RF testing equipment and tools.

Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to RF engineering.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
