Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our e-commerce customers.
Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services.
May need to make phone calls to our customers for further follow-up on their orders and enquiries.
Manage the entire order processing cycle with other departments.
Helping customers in their online buying journey.
Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues.
