Job Description
Conceptualization, development, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies and plans.
Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to stay updated on new product releases, enhancements, and roadmaps.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive and engaging training materials, including presentations, user manuals, quick guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure all training content is accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to different audience needs and learning styles.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for various audiences including new hires, sales teams, customer support, external partners etc.
Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions effectively, utilizing various instructional techniques and tools.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed to reinforce learning.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, quizzes, and performance metrics.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives and product messaging.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking (for in-person sessions), participant registration, and material distribution.
Assist the marketing team in developing and formatting marketing collateral that supports training initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
Candidate with 1-3 years of related experience preferred
Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Malay
Effective oral and written communication skills
Well-organized with strong time management skills
