Key Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment and set clear goals.
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Monitor team’s performance.
• Discover training needs and provide coaching.
• Get feedback from SSD team members and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Do joint sales call with new joiners and underperforming RMs / CDMs.
• Build rapport with different SBU channels to maximise acquisition effort.
• Define and manage customer retention strategies.
• Work with Regional Directors and stakeholders to drive sales strategies.

• Ensure related information on CAW dashboard is up-to-date.
• Ensure sales compliance.
