Senior Production Technician (Food Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are followed at the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with :
• FSMS : ISO / FSSC 22000
• GMP : MS 1514
• HACCP : MS 1480
• QMS : ISO 9001
• Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in the spray plant and packaging area, ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements. Participate as needed in housekeeping, GMP tours, and audits.
• Report to QA if the effectiveness of pest control programs, sanitation, general housekeeping, and cleanliness do not meet the standards in the factory.
• Operate process plants, spray / integration plants, and / or packaging lines to meet process and product specifications, including intermediate / FG tanks and raw material receiving areas.
• Troubleshoot process problems in the process area, spray / integration plants, and / or packaging lines, including intermediate tanks and raw material receiving areas.
• Carry out activities from raw material unloading to finished product manufacturing.
