We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Manager to oversee end-to-end campaign execution and lead management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth campaign operations, accurate lead tracking, and data-driven insights to support sales and marketing effectiveness.
Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with sales teams to align campaign goals and strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure timely delivery and optimal results.
Lead Management
Manage and track all inbound and outbound leads to ensure proper allocation and follow-up.Maintain accurate lead records and ensure data integrity in CRM or lead tracking systems.Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion.Lead Upload & Data Operations
Handle lead uploads to CRM systems or relevant databases with accuracy and timeliness.Conduct regular data checks to maintain database cleanliness and completeness.Insights & Reporting
Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization.Present actionable insights to improve lead generation and campaign ROI.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in campaign coordination or CRM operations.Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or data visualization tools.Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics is an advantage.Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Seniority level : Associate
