Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications to accurately measure and price project elements.
• Support the implementation of cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle, monitoring expenses and identifying potential cost overruns.
• Participate in value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or functionality.
• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and contract terms.
• Contribute to contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and progress payments, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Attending Meeting & Tender Interview.
