We’re currently seeking experienced Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) candidates with a proven track record in e-commerce marketplaces, particularly on TikTok / TikTok Live.
As an ABM at AlgoGroup, you’ll be working on brand management (including procurement and inventory planning) and growth across sales channels with a specific focus on building our TikTok Live business.

What You’ll Do
1) Brand Management (Inventory-First)
Own inventory basics : demand capture, stock cover, and reorder timing by SKU.Calculate and maintain reorder points / safety stock using lead times and MOQ.Raise POs, follow up with suppliers, and coordinate inbound logistics and receiving.Track cost prices, landed costs, and margin; propose price or pack-size updates.Clear slow / aging stock via promos, bundles, platform deals, and targeted campaigns.Launch and maintain high-quality listings on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and / or Shopify.Execute promo calendars, bundles, and vouchers; coordinate with platform reps.Coordinate with platform reps and affiliate partners.Run and optimize ads (basic targeting, budgets, daily pacing, ROAS / ACOS tracking).Maintain storefront hygiene : ratings, Q&A, chat SLAs, return reasons, and buyer experience.Weekly reporting : traffic, conversion, basket size, ad spend efficiency, and bestsellers.Shared : Consolidate weekly dashboards and call out risks / opportunities (OOS, overstock, margin dips, ad efficiency).Competitive Pay & Bonuses : Up to two bonuses per year for channel growth and brand management.Career Growth : Clear progression for strong performers.Global Exposure : Potential one-week learning stint in Hong Kong.Dynamic Team : Fast-moving, supportive, and data-driven.About You
Experience : At least 3 years in hands-on e-commerce operations (listings, ads, customer service on Lazada / Shopee / TikTok / Shopify) or procurement / supply chain (inventory control, supplier negotiations, purchasing). You’ve executed strategies yourself—not just supervised. Retail / consumer goods is a plus.TikTok / TikTok Live Expertise : Demonstrated track record in managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving growth through TikTok / TikTok Live.Inventory Skills : Can forecast at a basic level, track stock cover, time reorders, and manage slow movers. Comfortable with lead times, MOQ, and PO follow-through.Data Skills : Strong with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, LOOKUP / XLOOKUP), and comfortable with margin math and simple cohort / ROAS checks.Mindset : Owner mentality, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a start-up environment.Passion : E-commerce enthusiast; interest in the pet category is a plus.Languages : Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Education : Numerical degree (accounting / finance / economics) or proven number-crunching ability.Ready to Grow?
