About the Role
The Head of Marketing for Malaysia leads the brand, acquisition, and consumer engagement agenda across a multi-brand portfolio. The role shapes how each brand is communicated in market, guides demand generation across channels, and develops experiences that deepen consumer connection.
This position requires a seasoned marketer with strong brand judgement, commercial understanding, and the ability to operate within a diverse and fast moving consumer landscape.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Translation - Translate brand strategies into clear, distinctive market expression in Malaysia. Ensure consistency across communication, digital platforms and all key consumer touchpoints.Full Funnel Marketing Performance - Own the full consumer journey from lead generation through conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention and win back. Drive performance across paid, owned and organic channels. Drive lead quality, conversion efficiency and lifetime value in close collaboration with stakeholders.CRM and Lifecycle Marketing - Lead the CRM strategy across all brands, including segmentation, automation, member communications, retention and re activation programmes.Content and Community - Build a content ecosystem grounded in consumer insight. Grow engagement, participation and community across priority platforms.Insights, Reporting, and Reviews - Establish and lead the marketing insights and reporting framework. Conduct business reviews, synthesise data with clarity, and provide direction through structured narrative and analytical depth.Budget and Planning Oversight - Manage Malaysia’s annual marketing budget. Guide planning cycles, channel and investment.Team Leadership and Capability Building - Lead, manage, and develop a high performing team. Set clear objectives, performance standards, and drive accountability for pipeline and brand impact.What We Value

Skills & Qualifications :
Ten or more years of marketing experience in consumer driven or lifestyle categoriesLeadership across brand building, digital marketing, and performance strategyStrong analytical ability with the capacity to shape direction through insightEffective communicator with strong presentation and narrative development skillsWorking knowledge of marketing automation and martech stacksProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in budget ownership, planning cycles, and multi channel operationsAble to lead confidently within a diverse, multi brand environmentInterest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle culture is an advantageSeniority level
