Responsibilities
Customer Service (Marketing Support Role)
Handle online inquiries (WhatsApp, website, Facebook / Instagram DMs, Google Reviews)Follow up with leads, prospects, and lost patientsCoordinate patient appointments generated via online channelsProvide polite, consistent, and on-brand customer communicationEscalate complaints or sensitive issues to the relevant clinic / departmentEducate and guide front desk receptionists on handling complaints and customer service professionallyTelemarketing
Make outbound calls to follow up with inquiries, upsell treatments, and reactivate lapsed patientsMaintain and update CRM / contact listTrack call outcomes and patient responsesWork closely with the operational team for appointment slot managementSocial Media Advertising
Plan, create, and post consistent content (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.)Collaborate with designers / clinics for photo / video contentMonitor ad performance (boosted posts, paid campaigns)Work with agency / freelancer if needed for ad optimisationSchedule posts and maintain social media calendarPromotion & Campaign Execution
Assist Marketing Director in launching monthly promotionsPrepare promotional materials (banners, flyers, e-posters)Ensure all clinics are aware and aligned with ongoing promotionsTrack campaign effectiveness (leads generated, conversion rates)Branding & Content Coordination
Ensure consistent brand voice and message across all platformsDraft captions and content aligned with the brand imageHelp in preparing testimonials, before-after success stories (with patient consent)Market Research & Competitor Monitoring
Observe and report competitor pricing, promotions, and ad trendsIdentify potential areas to improve patient engagementReporting & Data Analytics
Generate basic marketing reports weekly / monthly (e.g. number of inquiries, conversion rate, ad spend vsreturn)Work closely with Finance & Ops for performance trackingInternal Communication Support
