What you do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand OCBC's footprint in the financial institutions space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, asset managers)
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product specialists, risk managers) to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Negotiate and close deals in compliance with OCBC's policies and procedures

Who you are

  • A degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or economics
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the financial institutions space
  • Strong industry knowledge of financial institutions landscape, trends, and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with decision-makers
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
