Requirements
- Educational Background : Minimum SPM or Certificate in Administrative Studies or any related field.
- Experience : At least 2 years of working experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales administration is preferred.
- Essential Skills : Results-driven, motivated, and innovative, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Language Proficiency : Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Highly Independent : Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership of your responsibilities.
- Pleasant and Outgoing : Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging personality that helps build lasting client relationships.
- Detail-Oriented and Well-Organized : Capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Client Liaison : Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal sales team, ensuring clear and timely communication.Order Processing : Handle and process sales orders, coordinate delivery arrangements, and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.Customer Support : Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.Record Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions, documentation, and communication.Logistics Coordination : Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and smooth order fulfillment.Sales Administration : Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales reports, and all necessary supporting documents.Data Entry : Ensure accurate input of customer, product, and transaction data into internal systems.SST & Regulatory Liaison : Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with SST (Sales and Service Tax) regulations, including timely submission of required documentation and assisting with related inquiries and paperwork.Benefits
