System Engineer (Junior Level)

We are seeking a Problem Solver to assist the community and share our knowledge with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and guiding customers to resolve issues related to our products and services
• Perform scheduled tasks such as server migrations, application installations, and server maintenance
• Handle technical issues raised through tickets and deliver resolutions to customers
• Monitor and respond to system alerts promptly
• Communicate fluently in spoken and written English
• Have a basic understanding of operating systems like Windows and Linux
• Have a basic understanding of internet services such as web servers, mail servers, and database servers
• Work on rotational shifts as required

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
