Manager Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Ensure safe and compliant manufacturing of a direct manufacturing execution team.

Serve on the manufacturing leadership team.

Be responsible for and enhance the safety and quality culture of the department.

Deliver against organizational financial commitments while championing a lean philosophy.

Develop and implement departmental strategy and plans that are aligned with the broader organizational strategy.

Identify and deliver capacity improvements to support the production plan.

Build, develop, and retain a diverse and high performing team.

Effectively collaborate with manufacturing support groups (Quality, Process Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, and network partners).

Provide support to troubleshoot, identify and resolve issues as needed and manage call coverage for 24 / 7 operation.

Lead and support regulatory inspections for areas of responsibilities including develop playbooks for the inspections.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary, at ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Manufacturing & Operations experience OR
• Associate's degree and 10 years of Manufacturing & Operations experience
• Experience contributing, preparing project costing with TUDM, Ministry of Defense, government project or similar environment will contribute to SATSB project success.
