The ideal candidate -Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field -Proven experience in brand building and management, communications, or marketing roles, preferably in education or technology industry -Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives -Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems -Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques is desirable -Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) preferred -Creative flair and a passion for design, with proficiency in graphic design software would be a plus -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams -Self-starter, creative, digitally savvy and works well in a start-up culture
