Role Summary

Responsible for good documentation practice and continuous implementation of quality and EHS

systems in downstream laboratory.

2 Responsible to fulfil the training needs identified for effective execution of job function.

Responsible to maintain the infrastructure and resources of R&D downstream for effective

utilisation.

Responsible to periodically report the results and conclusions to team leader and discuss on

experimental plan.

Responsible in performing experimental studies and sample analysis as part of requirement to

support manufacturing operations.

Responsible to be involved in downstream process study including stability study, laboratory and

pilot scale trials.

7 Responsible to discuss and consult within the RND team on any relevant matters.

Responsible to maintain and schedule the pilot plant activity for efficient and uninterruptable

operations

9 Responsible to monitor process performance in laboratory and pilot scale, relevant data analysis.

10 Involve in root cause investigation and CAPA identification for deviations observed at

manufacturing scale operations and methodology to avoid potential deviations.

11 Discuss on experimental plans and periodically report the results and conclusions to the team

leader / supervisor, to enable continuous flow of information.

12 Conduct process improvements, process optimization, and evaluation of alternate techniques for

the process.

13 Coordination on preparation of relevant documentation ( protocols, reports, operating

procedures, etc.) both inter and intra departments.

14 Responsible to draft scientific reports suing the process data, protocols and plan for the activities.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible to work in assigned shifts to execute the experimental plan and communicate

within team for completion of activity.

Enhance knowledge through reading literature, scientific journals and being update on recent

pharma and biotechnology product development and manufacturing trends.

3 Effective and assertive inter and intra departmental communication.

Work as team (both inter and intra functions) to improve personal and team performance to

achieve common goals.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification :

Required Experience : 3 - 5 years
