Thakral One is looking for a WhatsApp Growth Hacker with 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, conversational design, or CRM automation . The role involves optimizing chat funnels , integrating WhatsApp with backend systems, and leveraging data and UX insights to enhance engagement and conversion across conversational commerce channels.

The Role

• Deep understanding of conversational commerce and WhatsApp Business API
• Experience designing and optimising chat funnels for sales, service, or lead generation
• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Twilio, Meta Cloud API) and A / B testing tools
• Strong data and UX orientation – ability to analyze drop‑off points and drive funnel conversation improvements
