Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, JV, Invoices, PV, OR & etc.).
Assist in preparing monthly management reports, financial statement, update & monitor cash flow.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record-keeping and auditing purposes.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure all accounting transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist with ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned.
Project Support
Assist in monitoring project budgets, actual costs, and variances.
Coordinate with project and contract departments to track work progress and cost certification.
Maintain project cost reports and prepare periodic cost-to-complete analysis.
Secretarial Support
Assist Company Secretary in arranging signing for resolutions, minutes, and statutory documents.
Update and maintain statutory records and registers in compliance with Companies Act 2016.
Prepare and arrange signing of annual return information, directors’ resolutions, and other secretarial documents for filing.
Assist in incorporation of new companies, changes of directors / shareholders, and other corporate exercises.
General Support
Handle administrative tasks related to accounting and secretarial matters.
Coordinate with clients to obtain documents and clarification.
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
