Job Purpose :
Leads the regional Operational Supply Planning team. Drives the short-term (0-12 months) Supply Planning processes and development across the regional Planning organization.
Works with the Global Planning Excellence team in identifying and in rolling out technologies and capabilities to advance the maturity of the planning process. Contributes to the Supply Reviews and to the S&OP process. Is accountable for stock levels across network, incl. replenishment.
Your role :
- Reporting to the Regional Planning Head Asia, the Supply Planning Head will lead and manage the regional Operational Supply Planning organization
- Oversees and manages the short-term production and scheduling plans for Finished Goods
Decides on short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority
Supports on the inventory management by reviewing and influencing inventory policiesMaintains select manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints)
Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP)Participates in S&OE and leads the Supply Control meetingActs as a point of contact for the plants within the region and collaborates with the Plant Managers on production activitiesCollaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to secure raw materials according to the production scheduleCollaborates with Network Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supplyIdentifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performanceYour skills :
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, BA, Engineering or Supply Chain.Master Degree is prefer10+ years’ experience in the Supply Planning / MPS / MRPFMCG business, market understandingOperational material planning / MPS planning / Scheduling / production planning knowledgeProject management skillsS&OP / IBP knowledgeStrong knowledge of system : SAP / APO / Kinaxis / OMP / o9 or similarProven success in operational excellence / Process improvementStrong communication skills, collaboration & hands on experienceLEAN / Six sigma knowledge as advantageFluent in EnglishJapanese, Korean or Thai language speaking as added advantage (Optional)Some perks of joining Henkel
