They're now looking for a Talent Management Assistant Manager based in Kuala Lumpur.

Your new role

As the Talent Management Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing talent management strategies to develop and engage top talent. You will work closely with HR and department heads to identify talent needs, design development programs, and ensure a seamless talent development experience for all employees. Your responsibilities will include performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive talent management strategies aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing high-potential employees throughout the organization.

  • Oversee the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of key initiatives such as the Corporate Onboarding Program, Internship Program, and Mentoring Program.
  • Drive engagement and development activities to boost leadership visibility, promote a learning culture, and foster employee connections.
  • Participate in succession planning, leadership development, and career progression discussions to ensure the organization is prepared for future challenges.
  • Conduct talent assessments and engage in talent review discussions to identify leadership potential, workforce strengths, and areas for development.
  • Work closely with HR partners, senior leadership, and line managers to integrate talent strategies into business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on evolving talent management trends, tools, and best practices, and introduce innovative approaches to enhance organizational effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management or a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
