What You'll Do :

• Review technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders to recommend optimal solutions aligned with customer needs
• Participate in all technical aspects of product implementation, including end-to-end deployment of Amdocs solutions
• Serve as a customer-facing representative throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including onsite engagements
• Deliver post-deployment training sessions and workshops to drive product adoption and effective usage
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with R&D to resolve functional and performance-related concerns
• Support pre-sales activities, including proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance team productivity and individual efficiency
