Job description
Customer Service & Cummunication - respond promptly & professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls / whatsapp. Also, provide accurate information about company products & services.
Booking Coordination - coordinate customer bookings through Company's designated application and manually via phone / whatsapp. Ensure all booking information is accurately recorded & followed up on time.
Product Presentation - introduce & present company products / services to potential customers. Engage with customers to generate interest and assist in closing sales.
Mobile Charger Movement Management - Oversee the daily schedule and movement of company vans and mobile chargers. Ensure vehicle and equipment are properly assigned,utilized and maintained.
Employee Management - Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records. Also, manage and process employee overtime and allowance claims.
Financial & Claims Management - Manage petty cash and related expenses with proper documentation. Assist in preparing and processing employee and company claims.
Vendor & Service Provider Management - Coordinate with vendors and third party service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
General Administrative Support - Carry out additional tasks and responsibilites as assigned by top management. Ensure all administrative duties are performed in compliance with company policies.
Scheduling & Resource Planning - Prepare charging slot schedule and timetable for corporate clients. Ensure efficient use of resources and meet client expectations.
