We’re looking for a short-form Video Editor who can think in hooks, live in b-roll timelines, and produce polished content that feels sharp, human, and on-brand. You’ll be working on ads, reels, TikToks, Shorts, and UGC-style content for ecommerce brands.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with taste, rhythm, and strong storytelling.
• Add captions, motion, music, and visual treatments that match each brand’s voice and audience.
• Collaborate with creative leads and strategists to hit content goals.
• Stay on top of trends and use AI tools to speed up or enhance your work (e.g. ElevenLabs for VO, Sora2, Veo3 for footage).
• Work autonomously : no hand-holding, no long meetings or 20-slide brief decks. Just clarity and context, then own the full edit - from cuts to captions, motion graphics to sound design.
• Suggest edits, flag gaps, bring ideas to the table.
