Job description
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
Provide AED related service & Equipment Dispatch to client (Deliver AED / AED accessories / Equipment, conduct AED briefing, conduct AED maintenance service and installation of AED)
Follow up with existing clients and achieve the KPI targets for cold calling (leads will be provided).
Meet the KPI targets for AED accessory replacements, maintenance, and upselling of our products and services (leads will be provided).
Handle all AED service-related matters and ensure a high standard of work quality.
Generate revenue and meet sales targets as per company expectations.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to client queries.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain good collection payment from client
Keep records of necessary customer interactions and enter all information required into the company database and official WA group chats.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
