We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help drive sales growth and strengthen our brand presence. This role offers the opportunity to lead campaigns, guide a small team, and contribute to the company’s expansion. Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies across online and offline channels to engage customers and deliver business results. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our brands, products, and services. Plan and execute marketing activities across social media, digital platforms, events, and print media. Create, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Rednote. Compile and analyse marketing performance reports, providing insights and recommendations. Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to digital marketing and campaign management. Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Rednote and other digital marketing tools (hands-on experience is an advantage). Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to guide and support junior team members when required.
