Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity Managing and coordinating the activities of various operational departments, including logistics, production, and customer service Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement innovative solutions Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the operations team to build a high-performing and motivated workforce Reporting on operational performance to senior management and providing recommendations for strategic decision-making What we're looking for

Significant experience (8+ years) in a

management

role within the

Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics
