About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at the URBAN SPORTS & REHAB CENTRE' in Mount Austin, Johor. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our diverse clientele, helping them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical needs and develop personalised treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, such as manual therapy, exercise programmes, and the use of modalities, to promote healing and functional improvement
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support their long-term health and wellness
  • Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the physiotherapy services offered by the clinic

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of the latest physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively assess and treat a diverse range of medical conditions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Proficiency in the local language and English, both written and verbal
