Enhancing Workforce Capabilities | Head of Talent Acquisition at eCEOs

• Lead full-cycle Oracle EPM / PBCS / EPBCS / Hyperion Planning implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live and post-support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements, and translate them into effective EPM solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality deliverables within project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Oversee project activities, including solution architecture, functional & technical design, data modeling , and integration with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Financials) .
• Conduct business process analysis, create functional specifications, and drive configuration, customization, and deployment of EPM applications.
• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and post-implementation review to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication between business users, technical teams, and project sponsors.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, training materials, and user guides in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations for financial performance processes and EPM service offerings.
