Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Infrastructure & Environment Management Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain enterprise environments, ensuring seamless connectivity, timely updates, and robust infrastructure support across platforms. This role demands hands‑on experience with middleware technologies, scripting, version control systems, and database management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure environments including setup, connectivity, installation, patching, and upgrades.
• Administer and optimize WebLogic servers, Windows OS, Linux systems, and virtual machines.
• Ensure secure and efficient file transfers and job scheduling using tools like SFTP, Connect Direct, Control‑M, and IBM MQ.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to maintain middleware communication protocols.
• Implement and maintain version control systems such as Aldon, BitBucket, and Git.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Unix Shell, Bash, and PowerShell for automation and monitoring.
• Support application development using Java and Python for infrastructure‑related tasks.
• Perform database operations and troubleshooting using Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, and MySQL.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of environments.
• Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for environment management.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in infra / environment management (setup, connectivity, updates, installation, patches) and proficiency in WebLogic, Windows / OS, Linux, VM.
