Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for managing and driving strategic enterprise and government opportunities. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, this role ensures effective execution of BD initiatives, proposal development, partner coordination, and sales alignment. BD Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping high-value deals, mentoring team members, and supporting long-term growth strategies.
What are you accountable for?
Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in key verticals (e.g., Connectivity, IoT, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Enterprise LOB teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
