Responsibilities
- Assist supervisor in sales and business plan / strategy and branding activities
- Work with Sales team and Technical-Marketing team to execute customer activities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Develop long‑term partnerships or relationships with customers
- Achieve sales target, collection days, gross margins, stock write‑off, inventory levels and prescribe requirements (i.e. sales returns, poison signed orders)
- Liaise with customers on inquiries, feedback and complaints
