The customer success specialist will be responsible for -Handling incoming calls and live chat inquiries from customers regarding our offerings. -New account onboarding -Collection of basic KYC information / materials -Engage directly with customers through phone, email and social media channels. -Address product or service concerns by thoroughly understanding customers’ needs. -Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. -Keep up-to-date records of customer information. -Document inquiries feedback and complaints. -Generate reports on customer satisfaction and complaints. -Carry out additional tasks assigned by management as needed.   • Candidates holding a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U / Diploma will be given preference. - Ideally, possess a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field or the Fintech industry; however, those without experience are encouraged to apply. - Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Quick to learn and driven to succeed independently. - Preference will be given to individuals who are proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
