IT System Engineer

Job descriptionAdminister and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) to support daily business operations and endpoint management. Manage and monitor Microsoft Azure infrastructure , including virtual machines, networking, VPN, NSGs, backups, and security policies. Support the implementation and enforcement of IT policies, compliance standards, and cybersecurity controls . Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure , including Fortinet firewalls, VPN tunnels, VLANs, and load balancers. Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated IT issues, guiding and assisting the Level 1 IT support team. Maintain and improve endpoint security posture , covering EDR, antivirus, vulnerability management, and patch compliance. Assist in IT projects, system migrations, and employee lifecycle processes (onboarding and offboarding). Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and technical configurations for internal reference and compliance audits. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in IT development and operations. Hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related security configurations). Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, system security, and user support within small to mid-sized organizations. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills . Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
