Job in Brief

Our Marketing department is looking for an enthusiastic and young individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive . As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's social media platforms and creating captivating content for all social media pages . Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis paired with communication and presentation skills will be your bread and butter. Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and implement social media strategy on digital platforms to align with business goals.
• Know market insights, generate and implement content according to social media strategy.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, agents, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage stakeholders including the Sales and Marketing Team Leaders.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Reports to Operations Manager.
