fitting technician

Job Objectives :

• Grind, sand surfaces and performing rework according to customer specifications and work instructions.
• Utilizing variety of power tools and hand tools
• Polish tight tolerance surface finish
• Visual inspection surface finish before and after process
• Remove defect and smooth uneven surfaces
• To make sure all consumables are used within the quantity provided
• To ensure all power tools are well maintained before and after use
• Immediate report to Supervisor if got any abnormality, mismatch or defect finding on site
• To ensure all beam are in good conditions before send to QA
• To assist Supervisor, Engineer or Machinist in rework process if required
• To guide new employee in training session
• To perform Continuous Improvement to ensure safety and output meet the daily / weekly demand
• Any other responsibilities assign by Superior from time to time
Requirements :
• SPM / SKM
• Preferably with at least 1 year related working experience.
• Result orientated and able to work under pressure.

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
